Disclaimer : By filling out the form and providing your requirements via chat on our website, our expert team will contact you to customize your tour plan. After finalizing the agreements, you can make payments online via bank transfer or Razorpay, our online payment gateway. Travel Fair India Pvt. Ltd. employees or agents will never ask for your card information (number, CVV, net banking login, password, OTP, etc.), nor will they request fund transfers to personal accounts or the installation of third-party apps like AnyDesk or TeamViewer. We are not responsible for any losses incurred due to such actions.

All communications in revere of Tours & Travel Services and bookings should be addressed to Travel Fair India Pvt. Ltd.

Booking
Your contract will be with Travel Fair India Pvt. Ltd on confirmation of booking. Travel Fair India Pvt. Ltd only assures you about contract when your tour and travel services have been confirm and have received the deposit amount from your side.

Deposit
A minimum of 25% of the deposit of the total cost has to be paid to Travel Fair India Pvt. Ltd for the services contracted. The deposit is mandatory to hold the booking on confirm basis.

Balance Payments
Balance payment should be make 15 days earlier to the date of commence of services. If a booking is not done within 15 working days of the date of services, it would be regarded as late and then full and final payment need to be made at the time of booking.

Important: Full payment is required to be made at the time of booking for Royal Train journeys, hotels, resort during peak seasons like Xmas, New Year, etc.

Payments
All payments are needed to be made in the name of Travel Fair India Pvt. Ltd.

Mode of Payment:
For domestic payments, any one of the following methods can be utilized :

  • By Cash / Cheque / Demand Draft
  • By Electronic money transfer (RTGS & NEFT)
  • By Mail Authorization (AMEX, Visa & Master Card)
  • By Online Payment Gateway system through Amex, Visa & Master Card
  • By Debit Card verified by Visa.

For overseas payment, any one of the following methods can be utilized :

  • By Bank transfer to our bank (Bank Details)
  • By Mail Authorization (AMEX, Visa & Master Card)
  • By Online Payment Gateway system through AMEX, Visa & Master Card.
  • By Debit Card verified by Visa.

In case of transferring payment via credit card, the bank charges will charge 3% extra ? that would be levied over and above the total sum amount.

Note:

  • All payments should be free and clear of any maintenance of tax and deduction.
  • Bank charges, if any, for -payment (by remitting bank or by intermediary bank) would be strictly borne by payer.

Policy Regarding Cancellation / No Show / Early Departure:
In case the client is canceling a tour/travel services or any other booking due to any type of circumstances, Travel Fair India Pvt. Ltd must be informed in written via mail. Thereafter as per the rule, cancellation charges would be effective from the date Travel Fair India Pvt. Ltd receive letter in written and following amounts will be retained:

  • 60 days & prior to arrival - 10% of the tour/service cost.
  • 59 days to 30 days prior to arrival - 20% of the tour/service cost.
  • 29 days & less, prior to arrival or no show - NO REFUND.

Please note - Apart from above mentioned cancellations slabs - incase of cancellation of tour / travel services after any booking made through us - a minimum 10% service charges would be deducted as applicable.

Just in case the clients cancel the trip after commencement of the special train tours like Palace on Wheels, Royal Rajasthan on Wheels, Indian Maharaja, Deccan Odyssey, Golden Chariot a separate refund would be restricted. Below are details about cancellations:

  • 15% of ticket value 60 days prior to departure
  • 30% of ticket value 30-59 days prior to departure
  • 100% of ticket value less than 30 days prior to departure

Travel Fair India Pvt. Ltd does not allow any responsibility to refund for un-used hotel accommodation, chartered transportation and meals etc. A separate cancellation policy is applicable that would be advised as and when required for Royal Rajasthan on Wheels, Deccan Odyssey, Golden Chariot, Indian Maharaja & Maharajas Express

During the peak season bookings that are 20th December to 15th January, no refund would be made for cancellation no matter what would be the reason.

Refund:
In regard to re-payment of unused / unutilized services that are paid for and cancelled in advance, the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above. Accordingly money would be refunded to the person who has made the payment to Travel Fair India Pvt. Ltd.

Note: The money to be refunded back will take 2-4 weeks due to bank processes. If the refund needs to be made on credit card OR to Bank account, then the bank charges would be debited from the refund amount.

Arrival and Departure Policy:

Check-In Timings: 1200 ? 1500 Hours
Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night.

Check-Out Timings: 1000 - 1200 Hours
late check-outs are available on request and subject to availability / Payment

Extra Usage of Vehicle:
Very important that extra usage of cars or vehicles in not included in the services and hence extra usage of the transportation after transfer or after sightseeing is strictly not permitted until and unless it is included in the detailed itinerary or services.

Our liabilities & limitations:
In case there are hikes in the entrance fees of the monuments/museums, taxes, fuel cost or guide charges as per by Govt. of India after the finalization of any of the tour / services booking then same would be applicable as extra.

Travel Fair India Pvt. Ltd rates are based on the existing rates as negotiated by us with the hotels, airlines etc. Hotels and Airlines retain the right to modify the rates without prior notice. In such changes, the rates cited by Travel Fair India Pvt. Ltd before modification can be changed by us according to the modifications by hotels or airlines.

Travel Fair India Pvt. Ltd and its associates acts only in the capacity of an agent for the hotels, airlines, transporters, railways & the contractors rendering other services & all exchange orders, receipts, contracts & tickets issued by us - are issued subject to terms & conditions under which these services are provided by them.

The tickets, vouchers or passage contract in use by carrier / hotel or other contractors providing services shall constitute the sole contract between the Clients and such contractor.

All the tour itineraries of Travel Fair India Pvt. Ltd being mentioned are model itineraries, meant to give a brief idea of the likely schedule. Various components like weather, road conditions, the physical ability of the participants etc. may make remedies either before the commencement of the tour or while on the trail.

Travel Fair India Pvt. Ltd holds the right to make changes in any aspect of the itinerary including transportation and hotels without the earlier notice in the concern of the trip, participants? safety, comfort and general well being without making any rebate, allowance or repayment and extra charges, if any, would be payable by the clients.

Travel Fair India Pvt. Ltd shall not be accountable for any delays or change in the schedule or any expenses incurred or special/ consequential loss, physical injury and damage directly or indirectly due to circumstances like natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipments, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures, acts of God, perils incident to the sea, floods, fire, acts of Government or any other authorities, wars, civil disturbances, riots, theft, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control or any untoward incidents or any such causes whatsoever including any liability or extra expenses sustained by the Clients.

Further, the customers will likely be held for the liability or extra costs incurred by him / her as a result of the forgoing causes.

Travel Fair India Pvt. Ltd shall not be responsible and neither accept any liability towards the Clients or his/her legal representative for any loss of belongings or damages resulting from death or injuries including loss of services which the Clients may sustain on account of act, negligence or default by any transportation Company, hotel agents or any other body of persons, its agents or service providers providing such services or facilities or arising out of or while engaged in any tour, means of transportation or other services, whether due to ownership, maintenance, use, operation or control of any automobile, bicycle, boat, motor, or other vehicle in common carrier or otherwise and whether due to its or there negligence or otherwise or irrespective of how caused. Clients likely to use sporting equipments like bicycles, sailing boats, scuba diving gear, hired or supplied by hotels or rental bodies are required to do so at their own risk.

Travel Fair India Pvt. Ltd does not have any insurance policy that deals with expenses for accident, sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are notified to seek such insurance arrangements in their respective country. All baggage & personal property/s at all times are at the client's risk.

Travel Fair India Pvt. Ltd reserves the right to cancel any services in case it deems that the tour, trip or passage is unfeasible for whatsoever reason or should circumstances warrants such action, upon refunding the value thereof and the client shall not have any other or further claim against the company by any reason thereof.

Travel Fair India Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to refuse to carry out its contract with any person whom it may consider to be undesirable in its absolute discretion and it shall not be required to show any reason for doing so. Travel Fair India Pvt. Ltd. holds the right to decline to carry out its contract with any person whom it may consider to be unsuitable in its absolute discretion and it shall not be required to shoe any reason for doing so.

All disputes developing in connection with this agreement shall be referred to an authority to be appointed by Travel Fair India Pvt. Ltd. All such disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi-India Courts only. The laws of India shall govern the validity, interpretation, construction, performance and enforcement of these terms and conditions.

Please Note : We will not be responsible for any costs arising out of unforeseen circumstances like landslides, road blocks, bad weather, etc. In case of any natural disaster & pandemic there will be non refund, all we can do is we will shift your trip to new dates & necessary flights, train tickets cancellation will be applicable as per their term & conditions.
